Every week, the Executive Council of the Stony Brook University Undergraduate Student Government convenes to discuss a wide variety of businesses pertaining to the USG, as well as the student body.

These meetings are open to the public, and the public has the right to attend meetings of the Stony Brook Undergraduate Student Government, listen to debates, and watch the decision-making process. Access to the public portions of meetings of the Stony Brook Undergraduate Student Government is protected and maintained.

Agendas to each Executive Council Meeting are available upon request, and Meeting Minutes for each Executive Council Meeting is available on the USG Website.
